Upon arriving in Moab, our first order of business was obtaining food and beer. We achieved both of these goals at the Moab Brewery shown above. It wasn't fancy but the beers were quite good.

The next morning, we got up early to view Arches National Park at daybreak and to hike to Delicate Arch before it got too blazing hot (it was 105 the day before as the entire west was experiencing a heat wave). Here's some shots of some miscellaneous rock formations seen at Arches. The whole park is extremely impressive.
Here's another area of Arches called the Fiery Furnace. The 2nd shot shows one of the hundreds of natural arches that can be found in the park.
