We actually stayed in Tucson for the Labor Day weekend and made a day trip down to see the Chiricahua National Monument that Sunday. In Tucson, we had a bunch of rain that weekend which was actually kind of nice since the rain kept the temperature down. This is a shot of me at our hotel underneath a canopy during a driving rainstorm. If I look a little damp, it's because we had to make a mad dash from our room to the canopy. Shortly after this photo was taken, the hotel lost all power for a few hours, so we just sat near the window in the bar and had a few tasty beverages. Tucson is a great weekend getaway.
