Connection
There are five organizations that make Bible Connection a possibility:
Students'
Fellowship at UVM is our offical umbrella organizaion which is located at
UVM.
Christ Memorial Church is a local congregation of the Baptist General Conference.
They have pledged to support this group with prayer, and to labor
with Doug in making Students' Fellowship a success. Our staff
worker, Paul Maffin is affiliated with the Baptist General
Conference. Doug, Paul and several of the students involved
with Students' Fellowship attend church here.
Champlain College
Student Government is our sponsor at
Champlain College. They
provide us with our official standing as a Champlain College
organization. Our faculty advisors are Peter Danles, a professor
in Champlain College's Criminal Justice program and Sue
Knickerbocker, who is in charge of the college's facilties
scheduling department, as well as a professor in Champlain
College's French department.
Disciple Makers is an
inter-denominational student organization based out of State
College, Penn. Our Director Doug Parker is affiliated with them.
The University of Vermont Student Government Association
(SGA) is our sponsor at UVM. They provide us with our official
standing as a UVM organization. Our faculty advisor is Mr. Tom
Noordewier, a professor in UVM's Business Administration program.
