What will it do?

Keep track of all your pieces, whether Originals and Limited Editions and all of your Inventory items. It will also help you to organize entering your Craft Shows 

Those doing Fine Art will be particularly interested in tracking the Originals. You will be able to tell not only where each Original is today, but where it has been in the past, what shows you have shown it in and any prizes it has won. Moreover, a picture of the piece can be included with the Title of the piece.

Craftspeople and Fine Artists will both find the Inventory Section to be valuable  You will know how many of each item you have in your studio and how many are on consignment and where they are located. Inventory is also flagged for items that are below the minimum quantities that you feel you should have so that you won't run out of pieces... 

Art and Craft Fairs

Entry Dates and show dates of  Fairs can be entered and the program will automatically sort them by dates, beginning with whatever date you select.  

Then when the Fair is completed, you can enter all sales which will subtract the items from your inventory and will also give you a permanent record of that Fair, which you can consult next year when deciding which Fairs to enter and what items sold best there.

Competitions

For those artists who enter shows where pieces are judged, this section will be very helpful. You can enter the dates of the shows, when entries are due, how many pieces are acceptable and whether the entry is by a slide of the work or the actual piece itself. When you call up the show list, the dates will all be in chronological order according to what whether you are checking entry dates or show dates.
