The often frustrating act of searching the web for inventory control information, or inventory control suggestions seems to be far more common than I think many of us realize. I hope that this site helps you find the information you're looking for. My interest in inventory control is driven by my career and experiences in the service and parts departments at forklift dealerships. I have been responsible for inventory control and related issues for sixteen or seventeen years. Inventory control is one tool that with which we can simultaneously enhance our service levels to the customer, and enable ourselves or our companies to stay fiscally strong. Insuring that we can continue to have the resources needed to better ourselves through continued improvements in all areas of our company.
